Startup Overlay Guidance
The startup customer is typically a company that does not yet have a well-defined crisis management or risk program. This client may not have a full time person dedicated to crisis or geopolitical risk.
Global Risk Overlay will work with you at your pace to understand your business priorities and set up a system to overlay those priorities with potential disruptors positioning you to ‘GROw’ and work through crises that are inevitable in any business today.
This option is fractional crisis management and geopolitical risk work.
Advanced Overlay Assessment
The advanced Global Risk Overlay client is an organization with well-established Crisis Management and Geopolitical Risk programs. We will take the time to look at the flow of information, defining layers according to the Global Risk Overlay program, and identifying gaps to improve the communication flow.
This service may include interviews with stakeholders and reviewing processes already in place to identify gaps and make recommendations to help meet leadership expectations.
Training
Trainings will be tailored to the needs of the client organization. The basic Global Risk Overlay training explains the system of overlaying People, Presence and Potential Disruption.
We can also help to present your established trainings to your in-house teams.
Virtual and in-person trainings are offered, both in English and in Spanish. The level of detail and audience interaction varies according to client needs anywhere from a one hour overview to a full day workshop.
Intelligence Reports
Global Risk Overlay offers strategic intelligence reporting. In today’s busy world, in-house corporate intelligence teams are often stretched to their limitations.
This is a product suitable for the client who needs a deep dive into a particular issue or location. The report covers medium to long-term considerations and is meant to help key decision-makers. We use open source information including government reports as well as client vendor reports if applicable.
Surge Protection
Global Risk Overlay can provide temporary bandwidth in the form of part time work for a short period of time.
This option is useful for backfilling personal leaves or adding extra hours in the week to allow the team to rest and recalibrate. This service is similar to the concept of a ‘traveling nurse’ but for crisis management or geopolitical risk.
Flexible hours are possible for global teams with needs in several timezones.

Eva is available to speak to your group in person or virtually, presenting her Global Risk Overlay system suitable for a wide array of audiences.
This service is useful for a variety of clients such as business leadership, executive crisis management teams, divisional leaders and global security groups. The content will be tailored to suit the client’s needs.
